Latin I: In class today, we had a vocabulary test on the first set of overhead words. English derivatives for poeta and provincia were covered. 3rd period has a homework assignment of Chapter 1, Part B, even. Students should be mastering First Declension endings in preparation for their test on Friday. Tomorrow we will start studying grammatical usages of nouns.
American History Honors: Class lectures on The America Revolution were finished. We discussed a Who's Who of the Revolution including Nathan Hale, Benedict Arnold, Benjamin Franklin, George Washington, and the Marquis de Lafayette. There is a test tomorrow.
